Wilde Terf is a blend of barrel-aged wheat beer and young 3 Fonteinen lambic (55/45), brewed with old wheat varieties from the Pajottenland. Aged three years in oak, it’s a tart, rustic ode to the historical bond between Brussels and Brabant farmland.
