Lambic - 6,5% - 75cl.
A collaboration between Cantina Giardino & Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Aglianico grapes and 3-year-old Lambic. Before being blended with the Lambic, the grapes underwent a 3-month pellicular maceration in chestnut barrels.

1x Cantina Giardino - Drogone Wine (2019)
Red Aglianico wine - 13% - 75cl.
Deep garnet color, fruity nose with notes of sour cherries, plums, hints of tobacco, and roses. Pleasantly intense with fine acidity, fresh, vital, and pure. Long finish with a classic Italian bitterness.
