      Founded in 2018 in Florianópolis, Brazil, by two oceanographers, Caio and Gabriela, the brewery was born from a passion for beer, science and technology. Even before its creation, the founders were already exploring the world of beer in their own breweries, applying laboratory knowledge and seeking technological innovations and new flavor combinations. Inspired by the Fermi Paradox theory, the brand developed a character, Fermi, who communicates in a humorous and unusual way with the public, promoting connection and the exchange of positive ideas. This unique concept values ​​the collective experience around beer, making each tasting an opportunity for interaction and fun. Recognized nationally for its creativity and innovation, FERMI E AS CERVEJAS ESPACIAIS (Fermi and Space Beers) collaborates with the main Brazilian breweries and important international names, such as Scott Janish. With an impressive portfolio of international awards, the brewery also has a themed bar in Florianópolis, the Paradoxo de Fermi, which offers an immersive experience in the brand's universe.
