Métaphore - Orange 2022

A blend of spontaneous beers from oak barrels married with organic Pálava grapes from the 2019 harvest, rested in barrels for a total of three years. Pálava is a local Czech varietal closely related to Gewürztraminer grape. Max 1pp.
