A collaboration between Cantina Giardino and Cantillon. A blend of Greco di Tufo pomace and 2-year old lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a pellicular in amphora for almost a year.

Orange Greco wine - 13% - 75cl.
Something special: vinified in small 200L amphorae made from vineyard clay! Sealed and aged for months, capturing all the power, flavor, and energy of the grapes. Rich wine with complex aromas—floral, citrus, and "Fiano-rich," yet fresh and vibrant, with light tannins enhancing its savory depth.
